Robert “Bob” Everett Cross was born April 16, 1930, in Payne County, Okla.
He died Saturday, April 25, 2020, at his home in Davenport. He was 90 years old.
Cross, the son of Arthur and Alma (Wright) Cross, married Edna M. (Gibson) Cross on October 12, 1957, in Davenport.
A Stroud High School graduate, he served in the United States Navy. He worked as the owner and operator of Cross DX and with the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority.
His parents and his siblings preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, Tim Cross, Mark Cross and Brett Cross; his daughter and son-in-law Tammy and Mitchell Craft; three grandchildren; three greatgrandchildren; and other family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Final arrangements were under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud.
