Frances Louise (Teters) Hixon

FrancesTeters was born southwest of Stroud on March 18, 1939, to Le-Roy and Merle (Brown) Teters. She attended Oak Grove Schools and later transferred to Stroud Schools. In 1956, Frances became one of the first patients to receive a Corneal Transplant from the Dean McGee Eye Institute.
