Terry Dean Willingham passed away on January 6, 2024, at 70, in Cleveland, Oklahoma. Terry was born on January 15, 1953, in Stroud, Oklahoma, the son of Kenneth and Helen Grace (Hannah) Willingham. Terry grew up and attended school in Stroud, where he graduated with the Class of 1971.

Prague man pleads guilty

A Prague man has entered a blind guilty plea on a first degree manslaughter charge and his sentencing has been scheduled. A formal charge was filed March 2 this year in Lincoln County District Court against Joseph Resin Linnhuber. The charge is the result of a fatal traffic collision.
The Wellston Masonic Lodge 369 presents a check to Randy Franklin. The check was from a recent fundraiser and auction held in Wellston in December sponsored by the Wellston Masonic Lodge, plus matching funds from the Masonic Charity Foundation. This fundraiser had great support from Randy’s family and the Wellston Community. A special thanks to Ronald Whitnah the auctioneer. A preliminary hearing has been set for one defendant facing multiple charges in an area armed grow burglary in late October. A pre-preliminary hearing has been scheduled for the other individual charged with eight felonies.

The event will take place on Saturday, March 9th from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm in Stroud, OK at the Memorial Gym 815 N. 2nd Ave. Team registration fee is $44 in honor of Chris Argrow’s High School Basketball number. Public Admission will be $1.
