Billy Joe Hugueley, of Chandler, Oklahoma, passed away on Wednesday,November 15th, 2023, in Stroud, Oklahoma at the age of 89. Billy was born on August 27, 1934, in Newbern, Tennessee. He was the son of Johnny D. and Esther May (Graham) Hugueley.

Prague woman faces charges

A Prague woman whose husband was recently charged with four felonies for alleged crimes against minors now faces a single count of neglecting her children. Lynette Marie Ausborn, 43, was charged in Lincoln County District Court Nov. 7 with child neglect.
