A status conference has been scheduled for a Tulsa woman charged with first degree manslaughter and multiple other felony offenses whose trial was declared a mistrial earlier this year and is to be retried.

Each year Chandler Jr. HIgh Student Council holds two contests in honor of Veterans. The poetry contest is for 7th and 8th grade students. Students must write a poem honoring all men and women who have served or are serving in the U. S. Military.
