Looking back on Halloween

This year’s Trick-or-Treat night and related activities are going to be different probably in most areas of our state for sure. Of course, that’s because of COVID-19 that has impacted so many activities and events throughout communities, our cities and towns in Oklahoma and across the country.

1. Update on Glenncrest Park A. Adventure World has resolved the problem with grass growing through the original matting. They came in and removed the mulch and matting, replaced the matting with new and then replaced the mulch. Inspection has shown no grass. B.

Town Talk is busier than ever working on community projects. We start work this week on minor makeovers for some of our downtown businesses. The side of the building that was in my youth Parker’s Flower Shop is getting a fresh coat of paint and then will have an “art type” motif painted on it.
