Couple waives hearing in neglect case

Arraignments have been continued for a Prague couple facing child neglect and drug charges after they had brought their child into the hospital and reportedly were intoxicated.Charged with felony child neglect are Devon C. Rodriguez, 32 and Camille Breean Akins, 30.
