Bench warrant issued for Chandler man

Two bench warrants have been issued for the arrest of a Chandler man facing three felonies and a misdemeanor in two different cases. The cases were filed and bench warrants issued on consecutive days for the arrest of Darrick Lee Delano Hunter, 41.

McLoud man, woman set for trial

Jury trials have been scheduled for a McLoud area man and woman charged in connection with a triple stabbing last summer in early July. Joshua Lynn Barnett, 34, was formally charged Aug. 3, 2023 in Lincoln Count District with three counts of assault and battery with deadly weapon.

Multi-felony suspect set for docket

A man awaiting trial on a first degree murder charge, who was handed prison terms on five non-related felonies in November of 2022, has been set for the felony disposition docket in the spring on five more felonies he allegedly committed while in the Lincoln County jail earlier this year.

Stroud woman pleads guilty

A Stroud woman facing a child neglect charge has pleaded guilty and handed a brief sentence with most all of the time suspended. Jessica Shadawn Jordan, 29, and Jack Keith Wofford, 31, were formally charged in Lincoln County District Court Sep. 20 with child neglect. On Oct.
