Felony charges for OKC man

An Oklahoma City man faces two felonies and three misdemeanors following his arrest by a Lincoln County deputy sheriff in mid-May. Formal charges were filed May 27 in Lincoln County District Court against Dillon Bryce Key, 27.

SoonerCare eligibility changes

Last June, Oklahomans voted to expand Sooner-Care eligibility to adults ages 19 to 64 whose income is at or below 138% of the federal poverty level. Doctors’ offices will begin seeing newly insured patients across Oklahoma when the expansion takes effect on July 1, 2021.

Trial set in Prague case

A trial date has been set for one of the Prague parents of twins he is accused of abusing who were born in November of 2019. Charges have been dismissed against the other parent charged court records show.

COVID deaths rise in area

The number of deaths in Pottawatomie County attributed to COVID-19 has risen by three, Oklahoma State Department of Health figures show. No new deaths have occurred in Lincoln County since the last report, according to the OSDH.

Trial in starvation case

Trial for one of the family members charged in the near starvation of a Meeker youth in July of 2018 has been put on the jury trial call docket for 9:30 a.m. Friday, June 4, court records show. Both parties, the state and defense, have announced they are ready for trial, according to court records.

Two injured in turnpike crash

Two people were injured recently in a traffic collision involving four vehicles on the Turner Turnpike in Lincoln County west of Chandler, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported. State Trooper Rawls identified those injured as Erik B. Richison, 30, Tulsa and Emily A. Richison, 26, of Tulsa.
