Hearing set for Sparks man accused of four felonies

A pre-preliminary hearing has been scheduled for a Sparks man who faces four felony counts and two misdemeanors. Formal felony charges were filed May 4 in Lincoln County District Court against James Leonard Smothers, 41 following his arrest recently by Lincoln County deputies.
