The Chandler Municipal Authority awarded a bid to Orr Construction for the Wastewater Treatment Plant expansion at their regular meeting on Oct. 14.The bid was for about $3.88 million and was the lowest of the four received.

Sitting in the stands at Edmond North High School on a sunny Saturday afternoon, it was easy to forget that you were at a high school football field.Below, musicians glided across the turf while the color guard twisted and turned, flitting this way and that through intricate formations.

Status conference set

A Harrah man previously convicted of several felonies has been set for a status conference in November and a felony disposition docket in January.

Meeker board of education

Meeker Board of Education members this week approved the final 2025-2026 Estimate of Needs and Financial Statement, and approved the annual school election resolution.School Supt. Jeff Pruitt reported the 2025-2026 Estimate of Needs totals $11,422,055.66 and he said that is up a little bit.
