The McLoud City Council during its most recent meeting established a Review Committee for the McLoud TIF District by appointing several persons to it.

Judith Ann (Malm) Friskup

Judith Ann (Malm) Friskup, age 81, of Muleshoe, Texas, died Wednesday, February 23, 2022 in Muleshoe. She was born August 15, 1940 to Roy and Louella Malm in New Ulm, Minn. She married her high school sweetheart, Kent Friskup, on October 10, 1959.

Marjorie May Webb

Marjorie May Webb of Riley, Kan., was born May 12, 1936, in Chandler. She died Thursday, February 17, 2022, in Clay Center, Kan., at the age of 85. Webb, the daughter of Perry C. and Orah L. (Melson) Myers, married Gordon L. Webb on December 8, 1958.

Jimmy Beaird

Jimmy Beaird was born to Curley and Gertrude (Hornbeak) Beaird on July 28, 1957, in Los Angeles, Calif. He died Monday, February 14, 2022, in Cushing, Okla., at the age of 64 years. Jimmy, a 1975 graduate of Stroud High School, built houses and cars and worked for TRW in Redondo Beach, Calif.

Carol Ann Small Gamel

Carol Ann Small Gamel of Depew, Okla., was born December 13, 1941, in Washington, Ind. She died Saturday, February 19, 2022, in Tulsa, Okla. She was 80 years old. Gamel, the daughter of Robert Marion and Vivian Terry Small, married Ron Gamel on November 9, 1967, in Opa-locka, Fla.

Helen Louise Wiley

Helen Louise (Witt) Wiley was born July 9, 1938, in Oakland, Calif. She died Wednesday, February 23, 2022, in Lawton, Okla., at the age of 83. Wiley, the daughter of George Louis and Hazel Bell (Pettit) Witt, married Dewey A. Wiley on June 18, 1955, in Reno, Nev.

Linda (Clover) Neal

Linda (Clover) Neal, 71, of Mansfield, Texas and a former resident of Chandler, Okla., passed away Feb. 21, 2022, at Mansfield Methodist Hospital in Mansfield, Texas, of complications from lung cancer. Linda was born Sept. 9, 1950, in Stroud, Okla., to H.E. and Mary (Simpson) Clover.

Rogers State University Officials at Rogers State University in Claremore, Okla., have announced the President’s and Dean’s Honor Rolls for the fall 2021 semester. Parker Bailey of Prague qualified for the President’s Honor Roll with a 4.0 grade point average.

Marvin Thomas Carter

Marvin “Bud” Thomas Carter of Wellston was born to Marvin and Sherry Carter of Newalla, Okla., on December 25, 1965, in Lawton, Okla. He died Sunday, February 27, 2022, at the age of 56 years. Bud worked as Director of Civil for Aerial Tower.

Mary Louise Montignac

Mary Louise Montignac of Chandler was born June 8, 1935, in Los Angeles, Calif., and died Wednesday, February 9, 2022. She was 86 years old. Montignac, the daughter of Robert and Virginia Craig, met her husband John Montignac in 1956.
